I can't find the schematic for this specific PAULDRON/ARM PIECE you see in the picture, for ROGUE Class.

I'm sure it is available for rogue because I looted one, but I want to create my own with my materials and stats.

 

 

 

Do you know the specific name of the schematic and where to purchase it in game? I would really, really appreciate your help!
