Who are all these PromotionLord guys on the PC leaderboard by the way? I haven't noticed one of them a month ago and now there are like 10 of them in the top 100.

Wouldn't know for sure, but I doubt it. I think they just recognize the value in promotions and enjoy that aspect of the end game. I mean they were all at or near the top well before exp glitch lobbies were a thing.

 

Just longtime players doing their own thing. I wouldn't read into it.

Yeah, right. Seems they are bunch of very nice people. I mean, who wouldn't boot you for not bringing the right potion, what were you thinking?

Ran into a couple of them yesterday while pugging.

Seemed like they were playing off an automated script - pretty much flawless gameplay. I couldn't really keep up.

I almost suspected that they were somehow automated, but I could hear them cackling over their mics.

They carried my sorry ass through a nightmare FC run, then proceeded to boot me at the start of zone 5 (apparently I didn't bring the right resist potion).

Wasn't mad though - honestly felt privileged to play with them, even for a brief moment.

I, for one, welcome our new promotion overlords.

The ones I know wouldn't boot you for something so stupid. But you get that many promotions and just about everything IS automated. Just going through the same motions over and over. And over and over. I know some of them are beta testers. Might have something to do with that and their forum.

are you crazy? they are douche bags who wasted your time!  privileged to play on their team? Im sorry they are losers if they allow 4 levels and boot, but since you liked it so much get a ps4 and come on over.  after 4 levels you deserve the prize you earned. carried or not.

Ugh, yeah, if this is true, kicking on wave 4 is major douchebaggery. As long as someone isn't afk and is making a genuine effort to play (or is not an as* to the team on the mic)  they don't deserve this.  Original poster shouldn't feel privileged but rather should feel happy that he isn't a douchey lowlife as the promotion lords in question.

I think Chester's being sarcastic. Although from my experience those leaderboard people on my friendlist are pretty polite and tolerant in general - but then again my region seems to be pretty tolerant anyway and I don't really meet the same players as most of you on the forums do...
