Hello, for my next dragon age playtrough i just can't decide on which charachters i want as each hero. I know that my hawke is going to be a male mage. But, both the warden and the inqusitor is a really hard choice. Can you help me pick which option to go for on each of those chars.

Warden

Origin; Cousland, Surana or Mahariel.

Gender; Male

Class; Any.

Warden is romancing morrigan

Inquisitor

Origin; Lavellan

Gender; Male or female

Class; Rogue or Mage

Inquistor romances no one.

Help me pick?

Playing a Mahariel for your Warden could be interesting.  It opens with you losing your closest friend to an Eluvian, and ends with you having to make a critical decision regarding your love interest and an Eluvian, potentially losing her as well.  Class-wise, I'd say Rogue, but I pretty much always prefer Rogues to Warriors in Origins, just in terms of how they feel to play.

Warden:

Dual Wielding Warrior. It's the only Dragon Age game in which such a thing exists. Take advantage.

Inquisitor:

Female elf mage that romances Solas. Get more from the story this way I hear.

I'd go for Mahariel in DAO - and rogue is my favorite class, so I would suggest a rogue. There is a mod, which let you play as a dalish mage (which kind make of sense, because, when you go to the Circle of Magi, you are already a GW and the templar have no hold over you) - a spirit healer/arcane warrior is fun to play too. I normally prefer my own gender, female, and never romanced Morrigan, so no thoughts on that. I normally romance Zevran.

But I really recommend Mahariel,

I didn't get around to play DAI yet, but if you can play a Dalish there, I would do that (love the Dalish)
