We didn't see enough qunari in DAO to say what color hair they had, and all of the qunari in DA2 shared the same model, so it's hard to say. Iron Bull's fixation with redheads makes me think that color is rare.

Well, he actually said "You have redheads" which implies they don't have any. Like something foreign and exotic. Also, I'm sad he doesn't have a comment if you do have red hair yourself.

Qunari only have white hair color. All other colors are dyed. They are also the only race that can canonically have unique eye colors like yellow or red
That's not technically true. Flemeth and Morrigan have yellow eyes. And if Bull has black hair, doesn't that mean they don't all have white hair?

Iron Bull is the first we've seen in game, but we have seen a black haired qunari in concept art. Most recently, the qunari we saw attacking the Inquisitor in the Trespasser trailer was a redhead, so apparently they can have red hair.

She was? I totally missed that.

I suppose that renders Iron Bull's mention about Qunari having no redheads void.

Yep. Now it's just going to seem super weird.

I'm not sure if you saw a different trailer, but there was no red headed Qunari in the one I saw.

8 seconds in, you can see the Qunari woman's hair is red.
That's not hair, it is just head gear part of her armor.

No, it's the mohawk style available to our Inquisitors with the headdress.

That's kinda vivid for the color to be natural. Red hair is more of a coppery orange than primary red. Of course, that assumes that qunari pigmentation works the same way human, elven, dwarven pigmentation does, and we have absolutely no evidence of that.
Keep in mind that the qunari in Mark of the Assassin, Salit, had a red beard, but his beard was colored with vitaar. The qunari in the trailer might be doing the same.

Yes, you're right. She has red hair.

I wouldn't read too much into that. The range of red hair available to our Inquisitors leans a lot closer to the dyed end of the spectrum, not natural (which they should fix in the next game, along with black hair). So it's probably supposed to be red, but the colours in Inquisition make it look odd. Which also makes Bull's comment awkward.
