It's been almost a year now and I've noticed what appears to be a very easily correctable flaw in the tapestry still hasn't been fixed. Or at least, I would think, it would be easy to fix.
On the main page of the Tapestry, the image for "Paragon of Her Kind" is the Anvil of the Void. If you sided with Caradin, it's split open, at it should be. If you preserved the Anvil with Branka, the image is the same. But if you pick the "Branka destroyed the Anvil" option, it appears like it's intact. That seems like it's the image meant to be for the "Preserved the Anvil" option. I remember the various Isabela + Tome of Koslun images were mixed up for a while in beta. This appears to be the same thing, but was never fixed. It's weird seeing an image of a broken Anvil of the Void in some playthroughs, when I know there is an image of a working one that could be used instead.
