This is rather annoying, I must say.

I took days off from work specifically to play this, and now I really can't because I haven't received codes for the free content. No reply from EA support, and I don't expect one any time soon. How hard can it be to send a few bytes worth of text with the codes?
 
I want the "complete" experience, with Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner - but despite being assured I'd get e-mails with the redemption codes, there's nothing.

The entire DLC process has been extremely problematic based on countless posts here and general feedback. It's so obviously based on pure greed and promotional motives and these difficulties only serve to compound the frustration.

How sad.

I had to reinstall the game because of lost file. Now I have lost those elements of the game and they will not accept the codes anymore. I can relate
