Hi, I'm from Brazil and I want to know how to get these two places in campaign mode.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think those are just game glitches. I've found some strange highlighted stuff left behind inside cliffs or underground as well.

You can't reach either of those things (the first is just a prop that got left active even though there's no way to reach it; the second is just a normal bag with random crafting materials that got placed in an inaccessible region).

Technically, you can go out-of-bounds in the area to get to things like that, but there's no point in doing it.

I have one more question.

 

 

The quest by the grace of the Dalish is fought with me because I can no more reputation, i kill the Gold "halla" and now i can not finish.

 

 

Any Suggestion?

Complete the Knight's Tomb, which you get after Wicked Eyes Wicked Hearts, and then give the scroll to the Dalish.
