Let's not start throwing rocks when living in glass houses considering that BioWare isn't any better if characters like Samara, EDI or Miranda are to be concerned.
Let's also add that there's a reason Quiet is dressed that way. She's not like that the whole game.
Who plays MGS for the story? I have played most of their games and I can say most of their stories suck. The game play is where MGS shines.
MGS4 had gameplay?
If there is one thing ME:A doesn't need, it's a copy of Quiet.
Because honestly... we already have half-naked babes in combat gear. 
Freedom of infiltration (albeit with this it wouldn't be about stealth but how you do things) would be great like in MGSV. Haven finished the main story that's the thing that stuck with me the most, along with Quiet's AI.
