I cant connect to the nwn valut after i logged in (account name is same as here).

I dont mean that mine account is banned, i just cant connect site at all.

It tells my that server dont anwser.

Neverwinter Vault works good here now (Europe)... Sometimes problems like yours are caused by sluggish net access. Do multiple loggings at various times, use offpeak connecting hours. If this does not work, contact one of the site admins (WereLynx, Rolo Kipp, etc. You can't go wrong, they are all great ).

Sounds like you may have attempted to log-in and failed too many times in a specific amount of seconds, and the sever protected itself by banning your IP on the server level.

Anyhow, there is no Shadowing2029 as a registered user. There is a Sunssarathi2029 and Korija2029.
 

Recent logs show multiple failed attempts under both accounts (I assume I can delete one then? )

The IP used under all four attempts is not blacklisted on the admin level, so it's most likely the server level. I'll have someone take a look and remove it if it's been blocked.

In the future, use the Forgot your password? option and have it e-mail it to you.
