I originally used this account to redeem my code for my inferno armor. After doing a little research (thanks to EA for making this an absolutely horrible experience) I found that I need to use the e-mail originally associated with my EA account I created along with Dragon's Age. Question, do I need to contact EA or BioWare to link the account with my inferno armor to the one originally created (the one linked to my Gamertag)?

Yes you do. Also if you activated the Cerberus Network make sure they move that too. If you can, have them stay on the line while you boot up your 360 to ensure everything is working fine. You need to call EA to do this.

This is what I found out. You need to go to the EA support. Query Mass Effect 2, There is a section that outlines your concerns. EA would then like for you to email them your old account email address asking for a new account address. Hopefully you'll receive a reply with the corrections and the armor added to your new account.....I hope this helps
