Is there a special pattern to when it rains on Ghost Hazard? When I am taking screenshots/skipping waves by myself it does not rain. Yet when I play with others some waves do. Does it require more than 1 person to rain? I can't find anything related to it in the code.

Haven't been there for awhile..wave 1..It will never rain..no matter what...waves 2-10..rain ..extraction..stops raining at the 1 minute mark

It rains in solos too. I think it's always the same sequence :

 

Wave 1 : no rain

Wave 2-3 : rain

Wave 4 : no rain

...

 

I could make mistakes afterwards.

I wonder if you have to finish the wave normally. If I skip waves it never shows up. Even if I skip 1 => 2.

Rain can start and end mid-wave and I feel it's somewhat randomized.

Probably when you skipwave it resets the timer or it freezes the timer.

I wish I could find the code for it. I know reactor hazard has some because coalesced references it but I don't know where the pcc is.

Yeah I am pretty sure it is consistent by wave.  And it definitely rains in solos.

It is actually a complex algorithm that is dependent on the network of players at any given moment.  What it all comes down to is how our accounts are linked and when a BSNer touches himself / herself.  There are blackout areas where the data needs to refresh, but basically there will be no time outside of this refresh period that it doesn't rain because we are all dirty, pervy degenerates here.  In fact, I'm typing this all one handed.

W1 - no rain

W2-3 - rain

W4-5 - no rain

W6-9 - rain

W10 - can't remember, think it starts with rain, and stops part way through.

W11 - think it might be similar to W10, but might just be no rain.

I did get it mixed up. 

W10 - no rain. 

W11 - rain for the first half, no rain for the last half.

 

I've had occasions where it has started raining on a normally dry wave when that wave has lasted considerably longer than normal.

I think sometimes off host there can ba a bug where it appears to rain on unusual waves. But when you stand in it, there is no damage(unless that wave is supposed to have rain on it). It's only really a graphic bug, but you can end up unnecessarily sprinting between areas to avoid the non existent rain damage. :/
