So lets guess what fixes/changes will come in the next patch

Lukes already confirmed that the SS will be getting a nerf to both her guard on hit and starting health boost. As of now, that's the only information we have at the moment when it comes to character nerfs/buffs. I think it might be likely that we'll also see a nerf to the Bolters chaingun damage (either through a RoF nerf, straight up damage decrease, or the amount of shots fired per burst being lowered).

 

From a bugs/glitches standpoint, there's also the issue of her upgraded Throwing Knives not working. What was brought to attention a few weeks ago, was that Isabella's ability rings were not working, so this could be changed as well.

 

In terms of core changes to MP, Luke also mentioned that they'll be adding weapons from Patch 1.09 to the store. There was also having an indicator of your lootscore visible. Lastly, he asked us how we would like to see various character skill trees represented. That was almost 2 months ago, so I think there's the possibility of some character having their skill trees reconfigured in some way.

 

Outside of that, there's also likely to regular stability fixes. I'm sure I'm missing some other stuff, but this is what I can think of off the top of my head.

Ctd working as intended, no fix needed.

Reaver will have 500+% dragon rage weapon dmg plus enhanced dragon rage rings will now stack, also health will increase by 1000 each lvl. Devour now heals to full health when used. War horn is now also an aoe taunt and grants guard on hit as well as heal on hit.

Arcane warrior will have frost step nerfed to 50% weapon dmg, invincibility frames reduced to zero. Fade clock will deal less spirit dmg and cc cleanse will be gone, to compensate spirit blade will cost 10 mana instead of 15.

Mind blast will still suck.

I'll tell you what won't be fixed :

Random crashes to desktop.

Torch not always being able to be picked up. (New key bug)

That's gonna hurt casuals the most, players who have over promoted stats will find those changes unnoticeable nor a hindrance. Just like most players regardless of AW nerfs still bring him into nm/hb due to bis gear and stats and still swing spirit blade as if that's their only button and still keep barrier up. Nerfing classes isn't what's the issue but when you have 200/200/200 or even 100 across the board than its not a class problem- Promotions are since they are directly tied into some important passives (flow of battle, oppurtunity knocks,dance of death, etc.)

They can make any difficulty they so choose with enemies having over 900k health a team of over promoted players will eventually run through it like routine.

Armor piercing on chaingunners was a bug, which has now been fixed.

Fix that homing arrow bug with darkspawn ambassadors. Someone should get a video of it though beforehand it's pretty funny to see.

If it helps, it's only tweaks to her guard on hit and starting HP boost. Everything on the ability tree is stating the same.

 

Hum...

Is he not saying that SS's starting HP is going to be boost ?

Otherwise he should have said

"it's only tweaks to her guard on hit and starting HP."

 

The "boost" part is really confusing ...
