Are you able to share your items across characters? Or is it a storage for all items?

I'm asking cause my main playthrough has the best gear and I also romanced Sera.

But I want to play on my Lavellan character cause she romanced solas.

It's a storage chest. No sharing to other PT.

Next patch introduces the golden nug, essentially lets you pass collectables to future game sessions (after you beat the game once). Essentially NG+

It's what Inky saw his/her followers making when he/she returned to Haven after sealing the rift.  It being blasphemous to The Maker, Inky destroyed it and The Maker caused them to wander in the Frostbacks for <unspecificed period of time> until finally they were led to Skyhold by an ancient elven god The Herald of Andraste.

 

Serious answer:  It's an upcoming feature that will allow you to share schematics, skyhold decorations, etc across characters so each character no longer has to collect all of it on their own.

 

ETA:  I have a storage chest question, actually.  Was there ever a reason given why we cannot store valuables in there?  They've -almost- got that sorted with marking some not sellable, but I do get  tired of carting around the malachite and ensuring I don't sell it just in case that's the requisition I get in the Exalted Plains.

Another storage chest question: Will it transfer over/be accessible in Trespasser or will I have to pick out all the best loot and drag it with me?
