Dear Bioware or anyone,

Since the new Origin update on the 31 of august 2015 (or so) I can't use SHIFT+F1 to pop up Origin panel in game
cause everytime I start Origin it pops an Error messege 2 times with the same info.
I have the same problem on laptop and PC too.
Someone said that my Visual C++ 2013 should be reinstalled. I did a reapair on it on both machines but having the same error poping up still.

What I don't really understand is, how the hell could there be at least half a dozen threads about PromotionLords, what is obviously a prank/joke, and none on this matter?
I KNOW that I am not the only one with this problem, so it would be nice to have a solution provided by Bioware itself!

Thank U

Happend to me once too. The next day Origin updated again and the error massages didn't appear, so maybe re-installing Origin will help you.

Well, while Bioware is an EA Division, i don't think Bioware is responsible for Origin, so these forums are probably the wrong place if you are waiting for an official response. I think this is the official Origin support forum: http://answers.ea.co...Origin/bd-p/O-2

A friend and I also had that problem and here is the fix for it:

Log out of origin, go to your origin install folder and run vcredist_x64.exe, after that reboot pc.

With the update, stupid origin didn't installed that.

I reinstalled Origin and reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 before that.
Visual C++ did not help, but Origin reinstall did. I don't know if Visual had anything to do with that also or it was a waste of my time to reinstall.

It was a waste because when you started origin it gave you the same 2 errors I had. It said it was missing a dll and that dll is from the vcredist_x64.exe, so next time no need to uninstall origin.
