I don't understand how they can keep some characters pretty much looking the same, if not better than previous games (Morrigan, Leliana, Varric), other characters are abominations (Zev and Alistair in DA2), others totally disimiliar but pleasant or good looking (Cullen, Isabella) and others that bear no resemblance to their original characters but are just plain weird (Teagan, Alistair DA:I).
It makes no sense. Age doesn't change you so fundamentally that you are simply unrecognizable. Change in engines doesn't make sense as some characters pretty much look the same. I don't get it... I really don't....

That shot is problematic because he's making that growly face that really messes with character's faces in Inquisition. Take away the stupid hat, put him in his recognizable hair and give him a straight face and he'll probably look really familiar, though original Teagan wasn't really much of a looker either.

I remember that same expression whe he's accusing Loghain of killing Cailan. And to think he was married to Kaitlyn in my game. Guess married life did not agree with him. Poor Kaitlyn and Bevin. I'd rather headcanon this is the single Teagan who flirted with my Warden but denied himself and pined for her all the way into DA2 (removed cutscene).
