I presume that would be the chin arc/bow out of control.
Jowls. Bring it down to the bottom left corner.

Mess around with the cheeks.

ok I will
take the chewing gum out yer mouth ![]()
na as previously stated, jowls slider
slide the "jowls" slider to bottom left of screen
That might require a little more work than just messing with the cheek. Try bringing the chin out a bit. Push the mouth in a little. Bring the nose out. Try the cheekbones as well.
OPer: if you are unsuccessful, you will find it much easier to make an ugly inquisitor anyway. It can be amusing, especially if you romance a companion you don't like ![]()

I ran out of likes, but this was hilarious. I spend hours in cc, I swear. it's slightly frustrating haha
If you have trouble with creating a good looking character, you might want to check out this thread (http://forum.bioware...ruggle-with-cc/).
You can always use those sliders as a base for a good facial structure. ![]()
Edit: Oh! I found some really good sliders on Dragon Age Nexus (http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/667/?). It also includes some screenshots from different angles, so you can see it for yourself.

This right here.
All advice already posted here his great and I will not add to much to the conversation but here are some little things I do when I have this problem and that moving the chin or the mouth is still not enough.
(I think she looks good already!)
Good luck and have fun!
And this is why I never eff with the complex parts of character creation.
Seriously. I had one character that I mus thave edited about 4 times. She got worse with each attempt. Eventually, a Descent cutscene horrified me and I realized how ugly I made her. So I said **** IT ALL! and went with the black preset, modifying a few things here and there but nothing too complex. Now I can bear her. She's at level 25 though, so will take some time to get used to it...
She kind of looks like she could be Miley Cyrus's little sister. ![]()
I definitely think her receding chin is making the cheeks look more extreme. Try bringing the chin forward a bit to balance the cheeks out, and also make the cheekbones higher. From there mess with the jowl/cheek settings.
