So I get disconnected from the chat about 5 times yesterday because of problems with the Terminus Armor (Keep in mind EVERYTHING else is fine, the Cerberus Network and everything). Basically, I created a new account for the Terminus Armor, which was not linked to my gamertag, but my gamertag had no problem downloading the cerberus network and my blood dragon armor.
So today, I finally get through on the chat, and they say I can link my accounts, and all they really did was link my gamertag to my new e-mail. So what does this all mean, I get the great Terminus Armor BUT I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE CERBERUS NETWORK. Which means I have to spend $15 for the cerberus network. So in essence I traded the Cerberus Network for a some armor. Great going EA. Its Day 2, this is technically my weekend from work, and I have played a whopping zero minutes of the game trying to get this to work.
Thanks a lot. Now I am on hold on the phone, because god knows I'm not going to deal with the inept chat who assured me that the accounts would be merged and I would get all the codes and stuff from both accounts. Almost all my games are EA games (I buy pretty much only BioWare games and Madden), and I am seriously considering boycotting ASAP.
Dear Lord, This is beyond ridiculous.

Same thing happened to me. Make the rep stay on the line after they have fixed it while you boot up to ensure everything is working.
Took 4 hours for me to sort out something that only took 10 minutes to mess up. Oh and the online chat is shoddy at best.
