I saw the new Saarebas class today in the Select Character screen, but his armor wasn't in the Craft Armor tab. How do you unlock him?

Holy jeeesus, is this another silent character? I mean come on, how hard is it to get the cleaning lady at BW to record a few lines for a character just so that we have something. 
I bet you could have gotten any amount of fans to do it (for free!) just so that they have their voice in the game. And I bet some of them would be really really talanted. Gee, biower.

Oh, please. The newest character's banter is hilarious (Izzy, Virtuoso). And you could have inserted just a few lines here and there, ME3 style.
I don't buy what you're selling, Fiddzz. 
I am working with all kind of managers all day long and I know that kind of response very well.
