Correct. Also, note that the new armors do not have the bonus resistance (melee for warriors, ranged for rogues and magic for mages). They simply have some extra armor.

Well, I suppose they are aimed at people with capped defenses from promotions, as the bonus on old armors does nothing for them. For scrubs like me, the old one might still be better. Needs some testing.

Hakkon weapon from store chests confirmed. Just got a hakkon mercy from a enhanced requisition store chest, and it has higher base dmg value (172) than my original one (168) that dropped from a nightmare dragon, but unable to duel wield both?

Working as intended???!!!!!

Found a new lvl 12 dagger 77 non aoe damage 13% attack 3% critical damage on hit chance to place a stack of hemorrhage on target dealing damage over time.

No you can use it either hand. Just has higher damage than hakkon. 4.5k critical x2

Ur damage doesn't make sense. How are u hitting lower than me with that weapon when I'm hitting double 7K. Do u not get cull of herd? Btw using hakkon/savage

Drakescales have slightly higher armour then highest tier, but no innate defense (the %magic/melee/ranged defense)

Just got Drakescale armours, rogues are all 184 armor, 11 more then the highest. Pictures at crap quality here

Heart of Despair seems to be bugged. I noticed an decrease in frost damage taken but not physical of any kind (swords, arrows, axes etc being stabbed into my poor mages). when using it on three of the mages.

Spent 840K, got the Hakkon bow and all of the amulets/belts. No Lv 27 unique weapons tho. Not sure of lucky or bad luck....

 

must be working as intended.

It seems that the Stinking Cheater shield does not work. I spent a whole game watching for that Toxic Cloud proc, didn't see it happen once.

The new lightning staff (I think it's the Heart of Pride) is very nice. The attack speed and permashock is great, but it is accompanied by an annoying buzzing/zapping sound, even in the lobby.

it was working when i tried it yesterday, it only procs when enemies hit you, NOT when you hit them. also you don't see damage numbers from the toxic cloud but if you look at the enemies health while they are inside the cloud you see their health steadily decreasing. i tested this in a private game just to confirm.

But I do have 335 promotions so 840k gold saved is not unreasonable.
