We need a 4 armed race

One of the Mass Effect comics had a four-armed alien in the background for one of the scenes on Omega. It was literally just background decoration for a crowd scene though, so there's no info dump and no characters have dialogue about it.

I'm now half-expecting the default name for the male protagonist to be Noah.

You know, according to behindthename.com, Noah is the most popular name for boys in the U.S. over the last year.

Just sayin'.

Far as the four-armed race goes,

I'm down.

It wouldn't be a bad name, despite the biblical reference to Noah's Ark being somewhat amusing. Speaking of names, I wonder if they'll roll with another surname lifted from a real world astronaut. Noah Armstrong doesn't have a bad ring to it.

Here is the four-armed alien from the comic. It's in the bottom panel...

He seems to go from four arms in one panel to six in the next.

Also, is it just me or is that a Collector standing at the far left of the last panel?

It  does look like a Collector, also a four armed species would be pretty cool.

The Virtual Aliens.
There's no mention of them in ME3, and I can only assume this means that the Virtual Aliens were either destroyed or continued their endless voyage through space. . .maybe they found themselves in Andromeda?

Never understood what is the point of creating new races, than never using them? Dragon Age did the same thing with the Fex race. Stop announcing new races, than doing nothing with them.

Given that we've now seen a logo for an organization called Arkcon, and the word Ark appearing in game, its almost certain that the Ark Theory is happening.

that's what people said about IT and the Extended Cut..........teehee!

I believe the point is to convey the feeling that the world is bigger than what we see.

Still, lack of pay off on that can be annoying.

That makes sense, in Star Wars there are so many different aliens yet they are only expanded on in the books and don't get any real depth in the films.
