If he is gathering all the elves, does that mean we won't be able to play an elf in DA4 if we play a new character in it?
Nah, not every single one. It just mentions that a lot of them, servants included, went mysteriously missing. He'd probably aquire quite the following, but I doubt that elves like Sera would join his cause, so we could always end up playing a city elf that isn't quite so elfy.

I imagine if they intend to continue with the Inquisitor's story, either as a PC or an NPC, they couldn't give Lavellan the option to join up with world elf domination order.
Also I just looted dog treats, I'm pretty sure I can lure Solas with this.
2) Cole mentions the sad wolf with the slow arrow between his teeth, so I'm assuming he was talking about Felassan. I interpreted that as Solas killing him because of the betrayal but feeling sad about.
So it's confirmed then that Solas was the one who killed Felassan?

That could be SO interesting and such a good foil on Solas. One elvhen who wants, desperatly, to bring back the past whatever the cost, and one who saw the world go past him and is yet ready to defend the present in spite of his weariness (I always saw Abelas of so very weary of his life).

I would really love to see Abelas get a new lease of life. Going against those he once served though would be so hard for him. Even after millenia he was still loyal to Mythal. I just hope we don't find him as Solas' right hand (which, realistically, might well happen). Enough to see one beloved character as the antagonist without having a second one.

Lavellan will try to save Solas from himself and wanting vengeance from the world but you know what? A few prosthetic arms later, we will be able to save him!
I'm dying to play this DLC. It's difficult to experience things through other people but it sounds like it was really good regardless on how you feel about Solas after the reveal.
We know for sure Solas' story is not over. I'm wondering what our Inquisitor will do from here on out. Finding the next game protagonist sounds like too damn epic.

My guess is that they could go either way. Knowing Solas put up the veil in the first place, I have a hunch those artefacts were used to help him do just that at the time. We know he doesn't want Corypheus rending the veil apart, seeing from the future the Inquisitor sees. So, I could totally see him telling the Inquisitior to use those artefacts to strenghten the veil while Corypheus is still alive, since he at the time is missing his orb and isn't powerful enough to take the veil down himself (and it would be catastrophic for him for the veil to be rended apart while he's still relatively powerless).

He wanted to defeat Cory since he was in his way so by making her stronger, he could reach his goal quicker. He also forced the fight between the Qunari and the Inquisition to stop the Qunari from invading, so he's good/bad and in the end it's all for his own plans.
Dang, I found it. Had to do a search to get Trespasser to show up on the store there. It should be splashed all over! Downloading asap.

It's sad, actually. While Lavellan does end up seeing more of the 'real' Solas than most, the real Solas is actually pretty much gone after the DLC and only Fen'Harel is left. I think that is what describes it pretty well - Solas totally accepts his role as the Dread Wolf at the end. It's almost as if he doesn't see himself as a person anymore, just a tool that has to correct his mistakes.

OMG you're right and I LOVE Naruto!! And the arm thing reminded me of his and Sasuke's final battle too.
