yes but think of it this way. there's a mesh of an outfit without a sleeve, yet solas supposedly takes your arm during the "finale." why would they have an outfit for a missing arm when it's taken at the end of the game? 

 

(there could be an ending cutscene with the outfit but i'm just bringing out some calm logic so we can think about this without freaking out lol)

The Qunari could take it or Quiz removes it herself in desperation? You can see how crazy it's getting the trailer, exploding and such. Seems it would put the party in danger.

She has it in the trailer on the bridge with the dragon. Where she also collapses.

...........what if Bull is the one who chops it off. Betrayal to the max level and the rest of the party has to fight him? (Someone mentioned a four member fight in the trailer)

That's actually a very good point. Would he take our hand and then we warp somewhere to change? Because our battle gear probably won't account for it and his convo is after so.....

Honestly, anything could happen. It's all speculation. What I know for sure is that Solas is part of some "finale," there is an outfit probably for a severed hand (and there is only one, meaning that we would be done with the main gameplay of the DLC and unable to change our outfits anymore since no other clothes could accommodate), Solas is not a main contender in the DlC yet plays a significant roll somehow, Iron Bull could most likely turn against you if you didn't save the chargers, weddings could possibly occur (or maybe it's just a pretty dress for an event), and something sad enough to make the devs depressed will happen. 

 

What I predict is that: yes, Solas *can* take your hand if you let him (remember, bioware really values the player's choices). I also think if you are a solasmancer Lavellan you could accompany him on his mission to do elfy things. You could also maybe die if you refuse to pass over your hand, or you could pass over your hand and have a marriage ceremony with your LI (not Solas).

I believe they are using DAI modding tools to do so. Use the latest versions to get the results. Or you can go to Reddit to the Trespasser spoiler thread and PM the thread author there.

Solas transfers the Mark from the Inquisitor's hand to his bald head. Now the Dread Wolf has a glowing green head that he uses to open and seal the Veil at will. The Inquisitor later have an option of either having an orgy with the Qunari forces near the Eluvians or to have an orgy with the Orlesian and Ferelden nobility at the Winter Palace. You will have to have the specific perks to persuade your love interests to join you in the orgy.  The DLC ends with Sandal disenchanting the Golden Nug statue to reveal that it is a vessel that holds the Maker.

So I was thinking about what the swimsuit could be for and all I could come up with is a goofy beach/lake/river/whatever scene like you'd find in Persona 3/4 or the upcoming Fire Emblem game's DLC. It would be nice to have some beach shenanigans. It would be mayhem.

When I first heard of a swimsuit being available on this DLC, all I could think of is those beach/summer episodes that you see in lots of anime series.

 

If we do get such a scene, where in the DLC would it take place? At the end, when it's all over? Or maybe during one of the Inquisitor's bonding moments with their companions?

Maybe it has something to do with the Orleans??? They're pretty weird.

Hey guys, sorry, I'm at work and I can't read through all the pages, but I read that people think Solas is the one to take the Inquisitor's arm. Why? Do we have anything confirming it's his doing? Couldn't it be someone else? Like, a new big baddie for DA4?

 

I'm thinking this DLC will introduce the new big bad for the next game, anyway.

Same. I am very sad after reading all these spoilers. Heck, even just seeing Solas' sentinel armor makes me sad.

Meh, I thought about it and why couldn't Solas take you by the hand and lead you through an Eluvian to seal you up somewhere until you're not a danger to Thedas? After all there is that picture with the inquisitor's shadow going through an Eluvian and their helmet is left behind (maybe hinting at never returning?). Also, since you're supposed to have a conversation with him afterward, I'm not sure how that would play out if you're literally missing a hand. I wouldn't put it past the writers trying to troll everyone lol. 

 

I find that I go through bouts of negativity and positivity off and on the more I mull over something, this is really making me feel bipolar.
