Flemeth and Mythal mainly became one I don't believe they will ever actually split. It's not like we haven't seen Flemeth been able to have multiple bodies. In DA2 she was resurrected but didn't truly know if her 'original' body was killed but was sure it probably was.

So I think she's still alive or coming back at least along with Yavana

A spirit can always get a host. It's not like it can't be undone.

Exactly we know nothing and you talking like you know everything. And Solas don't even know Croy is immortal. Flemeth have power to predict future, she know dark ritual. Call Flemeth ghost or spirit or whatever you want she is Mythal. She have magical pool of knowledge. And how many times she was killed and still alive. We know only 2 original Mythal killed still alive, Felmeth killed by warden still alive.

And why Solas need power of someone who is "a wisp of her power and knowledge" He get Flemeths power so according to you he get not much so why bother at all for scraps of power, just pick any other mage.

Because her wisp of power is still super powerful. It's a matter of perspective, she has super power and is still a god but what she has now is nothing compared to what she had then but it still a god level power. It's enough for Solas.

Who knows what thedevs say, but I do think that at the very least a "piece" of Flemythal is still out there. Whether or not she'll look and act like the Flemythal we know is up for debate

I mean that the whole 'old lady who has a shack in the Wilds and talks all cryptic and witchy' is if not totally done, then at least mostly done.

 

We're transitioning to 'eternal spirit of an elven god that has affinity for humanity' or whatever.

 

Her 'reckoning' IMO will probably be much less secretive and cryptic when it comes.

 

I'm talking less about concrete names and more about character writing.

I think she'll still be all giving secret mystic wisdom and stuff that you won't understand until the next game.

Maybe she'll be more open with her actions to accomplishing her goals but sure definitely not gonna be in the woods with a shack anymore lol

She's more enigmatic than anyone else in DA (except for Sandal!) and may have some precognitive abilities given what's said with her with Hawke... and when talking how some forces need to be nudged. Regarding the whole Solas thing, I do believe he absorbed something from her, but I don't believe that Flemeth would ever let someone take her soul or a part of her without having a back-up somewhere given her history.

 

As for Yavana, I'd like to hope we haven't seen the last of her.

I do not believe Flemeth is gone, nor do I want her to be.

Honestly I don't know why someone would expect her to come back immediately on Trespasser, reviving her on a DLC would be some kind of record and as dumb as throwing up the Titans short after Dagna and Kieran gave hints of their existence.

She deserves a full game to come back and Yavana deserves to be a companion in a game.

After Trespasser, I'm actually even more sure that she's not gone. "Yes those horrible gods betrayed Mythal so I'm gonna betray her" can happen, sure, but I think the truth is actually more complicated than that (both the Solas betraying/taking her and the her being betrayed/losing).

 

Trespasser was for Solas. I'm okay with no Mythal there.
