Hi,
I am not clear about how to access extra content.
Do I just plain haven tom buy it.
Or do I accumulatem points by playing and get it that way? Wher are the points?

You have to buy points to get the other content of the game such as Warden's Keep...and Stone Prisoner.

Which extra content are you talking about?
Some of it, like the Stone Prisoner are free with the game. You just need to register the codes you got and download them.
Others need to be bought. For these, you first buy "Bioware points" with real money and then spend those points to get the non-free stuff. There is only one such thing available at the moment, though.
