I'm familiar with Cullen, Leliana and Josephine's voices, but there are a couple of people setting missions and giving directions during MP missions that I don't recognise. Does anyone have any idea which characters they depict?

Maybe their right hands? I know
that one of the voices is captain Rylen, who's Cullen second in command. (You can meet him in Griffon Wing Keep)
Maybe the other 2 are Charter (Leliana) and
Edouard Desjardins (Josie)

It's Charter, but yes, that's all correct.
