Personally, I think Morrowind did the whole Stronghold thing better, I mean come on Bioware!

Morrowind? Pfft. I think Tetris's approach is more effective.

And you notice how getting new powers kind of sucks in this game, let alone how lacklustre the upgraded versions are most of the time? Ever even heard of Mega Man Bioware!?

What bothers me the most though, is that it isn't a true tabletop CRPG.

When I bought the game, I expected a blank white sheet of paper in my case, with a pen and some dice, and a small rulebook. Could you believe my reaction when I saw a disc in there instead!?

You're trolling, but it actually does.

Both campaigns (and presumably Legacy of the Void) have a strategy layer where you're required to choose upgrades and make specific choices in the types of resources you'll have available out in the field.

Funny that you mention elfroot, Harding was making a comment about that when I was in the Jaws of Hakkon area.

Let's just say that Harding thinks Arianne has that kind of experience herself...

I disagree.  I think the original X-COM:  UFO Defense by Microprose did a much better job.  Also, it was turn based, which would be a dramatic improvement  for DAI.
