Mission: Golden Tickets (September 4 – 7)

 

To All Inquisition Soldiers and Agents,

 

After the rigorous practice set out by our Commander last week, the Inquisition's advisors acknowledge and applaud the marked improvements in camaraderie. If you are due for a medal commending your valorous deeds, please do not hesitate to mention this to your superior officers.

Agent Goal: Earn 25 gold medals

 

Inquisition Goal:

PC/PS4/Xbox One: Earn 50,000 gold medals

PS3/X360: 10,000 gold medals

 

Agent Completion: Agent awarded a Commendation Chest.

Inquisition Completion: All agents awarded a Victory Chest.

 

This weekend’s event begins at 10 am PDT Friday, September 4, and ends at 5 am PDT Monday, September 7.

Hmm, another one maybe faster for some players solo? (For non-promotion lords).

Can solo routine, but guarantee 4 gold medals per run (immortal, streaks, weapon kills, ability kills).

Could get all 4 (or more) medals in a group on higher difficulties, but maybe get less because of kill steals, etc.

For some players, gold metals/hour might be higher soloing routine...

You're talking about Hrungr, who relays dev tweets in the Twitter thread sometimes, I swear, before the devs even tweet it. Seriously. It's sitting on their phone waiting for them to press the "tweet" button and Hrungr already has it and up in the thread it goes. 

 

Meanwhile, fun fact: DragonRacer was not a Perilous runner the last time this challenge took place, so I'm looking forward to running through it and getting guaranteed Perilous completion gold medals plus lots of other delicious ones for kills and Immortal and such.

Why don't they just abandon all pretense and make it "Solo an operation on Routine difficulty 0/6" every week.

Don't forget that Templar, Arcane Warrior and Alchemist can really rack up the team combos. How many combos is it to the gold medal?

I don't know because I don't really play any of those classes.

I've been tempted by alchemist though, so maybe I'll try it.

Oh, that's right, I'm with the kids in Disneyland and this is a "you can't take a vacation" challenge type.
