Been playing pretty much nonstop since yesterday and I can honestly confirm this faction isn't on the xbox one either. Apparently some got to play against them during the first hour or so that the patch dropped. I'm guessing right around the time livid also had a 12 second cooldown.
My guess is that they took this faction out when they fixed a few things a little while after the patch. The proof is the fact they changed a few skills on the silent sister and changed livids cooldown among other things.

Maybe the faction is supposed to be released till the actual SP game DLC about Quanari is released... It might be considered spoilers.

so we now have what 6 factions in all if you count the random as one too, maybe it's time to implement a faction select

Makes sense for tuesday. That dlc looks worth buying too I'm impressed. To bad my play throughs sent in my ps4... yayyy.

The time for that was 1 month before the original launch. We do have a random difficulty choice though. lol

I've had bolters... They pop randomly... Sometimes you get Dark Spawn in zone 4 and sometimes you get bolters.
I only saw them on routine and threatening but not Perilous or Nightmare.
