The left pauldron is all weird and detached from the body. I dunno if it's a skeleton issue or what, but I didn't have it on my elf female. It only seems to happen on human female. I tried placing the "arms" or other armours but still get that floaty pauldron.
It's the "Battlemage Armor Arms".

I have the same problem, except I can see only during cutscenes, not in the inventory.
Yeah, sadly this bug has been around forever and Bioware has ignored it so far. I wish they would just fix finally, since we only have like 3 armors to choose from to begin with......... :/
