Sorry but I have to post my connection issue here. EA Answer HQ just doesn't allow me to login to ask a question. Whenever I click 'Sign in' it jumps to HQ home page. No way I can login in.
Since patch 10 I'm unable to login to dragon age servers. That means I can't use the Golden Nug to sych my save files. 2 weeks ago I was playing The Descent and connection is fine. So I assume it's the patch that might cause connection issue.
I'm in East Asia. Hope connection will be fixed soon.
It happened to me and a few others after the download finished. We all tried the hard rest and it didn't work then after playing campaign for a couple of hours we tried the Hard reset again and it worked.
Things patch 10 fixed...
things patch ten messed up: multiplayer; server connections, ui frames still don't load, for some reason single player health and stamina/mana ui loads, multiplayer not disconnecting after clear timeouts in attempt to connect to games, f1-4 button sounds not working in multiplayer, etc. In a word, everything to do with multiplayer was made worse or left unresolved by patch 10.
EA seriously needs to return Bioware to the company founders and then let them re-hire all their old staff.
