Horn of Valor is now +damage and +armor on the upgrade (it used to be just +damage, I believe).

The devs really dont want players using this skill, do they? In a sick and twisted way, I'm kind of glad to see another ability get the Spirit Blade treatment, lol. "Players enjoy using that ability? Nerf it into the ground!", "But sir, nobody does.", "Nerf it anyways! Bwahahahahahahaaa!".As far as I can see, made it even worse XD You can't move!

Er, the Spinning Blades change, does it strip sunder from the target? And what happens if you hit two targets with same cast, do both get each other's debuffs or do they both become cleansed?
Seems like there is fertile ground for a massive nerf on the ability.

While I don't have proof, I have noticed this skill doesn't seem to do the damage it used to. If I were to guess, the overall damage has been reduced by roughly 25%.

Caltrops upgrade was changed too. Instead of more slow, it got a 10s bleed.

I don't understand why all of these changes aren't listed in the patch notes. Seems kinda strange that we have to sift through the forums to find all the nerfs and buffs to abilities.
Why would you ever expect changes to be listed in patch notes? That sounds too logical.
