I had them the last time I played this game, I uninstalled the game once I finsihed and felt like playing it again few days later lol. I reinstalled and and all my promo items are gone. How do I get them back? I thought once I signed in, it would have reinstalled them automatically.

They should show up under Profile > your registered games content.
You will probably have to download them & install them manually.
If you choose save as from the download link, it will stop some browsers from changing them from .dazip to .zip.

This was my experience as well with the original DAO (not DAU): you'll have to download any extras from the your profile in the 'old' forums. The EA profile will only show the game you purchased (with any included add-ons).
