I just got to the citadel recentley to see what's up and noticed how small it is. It's only like 4 floors, and the presidium is just colonel Andersons office? There has to be more, otherwise that was really lame of them.
This can't be the citadel...

There's a lot more of them, however in ME2 the citadel isn't important, thus they show less of it.

Plus, there are like 3 or 4 places that you only visit during side quests.

thats exactly what i thought. Im guessing you only saw the Z... (whatever it was) wards. But yeah, in the last game, you could spend hours at the citadel, just discovering random stuff. I was dissapointed that you couldnt go outside at all. Anyone know if that opens up later? No spoilers, just a yes or no please.

I love how they revamp the Citadel. I feel it's about the same size. Instead of getting to run around the Persedium We get more ward wondering.

I just want to wander the 800 blocks again - perhaps at ground level this time.

I personally loved visiting the Citadel, The Portion of the wards we visit is pretty much exactly how the wards come across in the books " as I've always seen it as basically large city...built inside a mall" and I NEVER felt cheated out of that trip...

It kinda sucks that we can't go onto the actual Presidium and stuff, but the Citadel now feels so much more lively.
I was a little confused about the Factory District though, can we go there or is that wherethe Zakera (or something) Ward is?

I didn't feel ripped off at the citadel, I mean if I wanna go to the presidium I can just play ME1 again, instead they gave us a new place to hang around in, I like the new area we can walk around and see.

O RLY? In ME2, I spent 2 hours or less on the Citedal. In ME1, it was likely 20 hours. Nowhere near the same size.

I don't know how you'd possibly manage to spend 20 hours in ME1's citadel. While it wasn't this small and compact, it was still prett tiny and most of it was just empty space.

I won't name who's, but one of the crew-member's loyalty mission takes place there.N7R C7 wrote...
