I just started a new game after a 3 month hiatus. There used to be a woman in val royeaux who wanted to help the inquisition. I havent come across her after having just recruited Vivienne and Sera.

Does any one recall when she appears, or did I miss something.

Perhaps you were supposed to talk to her right after coming into Val Royeaux for the first time. Unfortunate, but as agents go I would not call her completely necessary.

You need to speak to Belle before you leave Val Royeaux the first time (before speaking to Fiona)
