**Linked thread to the Trespasser bugs thread, in General Discussion (Non-spoiler)**
Since the merge and removal of different forum threads and sub-forums, I wasn't entirely sure where to put this. After this latest patch, I have noticed the following bugs/glitches/"issues". Some happen often, some not so often. Most may be prevalent in The Descent, but then I can't say for sure; I have been finishing out my PC who already completed the main game, and just needed to complete said DLC. However, I have done some testing on at least one character that is still only playing in the main game. Here is the list so far:
1) Tempest - Flask of Fire doesn't seem to allow me to use more than two Long Shots, even though the effect is still on. If I switch to a different talent, it will successfully land that other talent (i.e. Leaping Shot, Blast Arrow, etc..). This happened both on my archer Tempest PC, and Sera (played as her for testing). Tested him in Emprise and Emerald Graves. Tested her in Descent on two different play throughs of the DLC.
2) Mage (doesn't seem to matter the "spec") - If Fire Wall was ever taken as an ability, non-controlled mages will show them using it (animation, and it shows next to their icon), though the spell doesn't actually appear, do damage, and in all cases was NOT set as an active ability. The AI seems to want to do this, no matter what. The only way to clear it (or so it seems.....needs more testing), is by going into the Tactics menu, and toggle enable/disable. This happened to both my PC and Dorian, while playing Descent. My previous mage I played (and who brought Solas) didn't have the issue, since neither of them ever spent an ability point on Fire Wall.
The next mage related bug, is one I really am not sure I mind
3) Graphical glitches - Even from the very beginning, there have been some graphical glitches (and most I kind of find funny). There does seem to be a few new ones (or ones I personally never experienced before). First is what I have dubbed "Stone-Face". Basically, on rare occasions between gameplay and cutscenes, my PC's face looks like they were turned to stone. Game totally went Medusa on their arses.
The second one I found on Dorian's robes. Blood spatter seems to act like a second and separate texture and actually "moves" on its own. This may not be a new bug (I remember reading about something that might have been similar to this, or actually this, many months ago), but figured I would post it, since I had never seen it.
There have been a few other things, but they have not repeated and/or are fleeting. The ones listed above have happened more than once, so I figured they were worth mentioning.
If anyone else is experiencing new bugs/glitches, feel free to add them. And once again, sorry if there was a better place to put this. Just felt this sub-forum was the most relevant and used.

Making a TL;DR bullet list: (List item with an (*) indicates added screenshot(s) at the bottom of the post.)
1) Mages will animate Wall of Fire, even if they are not set in ability hotkeys (and possibly even if they do not have the skill taken, in the ability tree).
Unsure yet, if they lose mana when doing it. Icon for said spell, will show next to the mages avatar, when the casting animation commences.
2) Flask of Fire may not be allowing for multiples of the same skill. Simply put, if a player wants their Tempest to use the following (as an example), Flask of Fire->Long Shot->Long Shot->Long Shot, the third LS will not fire. The animation will start, but it won't actually fire. Switching to a different skill, will fire said skill properly
3) Horn of Valor not triggering the actual damage bonus (also noted in the thread linked in original post). Added by @PawsPause, and noticed when using proccing with Fade Touched item. Horn sounds, but no bonuses.
4) "Stone-face" graphical glitch. When transitioning into a cutscene, the PC may take on the appearance their skin being made of stone (for the lack of a better description). Have not managed a screenshot yet, but will continue to try. The glitch seems to right itself, relatively quickly.
*5) The new wardrobe outfit (top option under 'Outerwear' - can't remember the name at the moment), on some characters will add a "coat tail" on the back. It has only happened on one character (M!human Mage). It clips badly, and doesn't look very nice. Granted, this is a nitpick, and only happened on one character. Still figured it should be noted. *NOTE* Screenshot added.
6) Blood splatter on Dorian will appear like another layer of texture, and will move independently from the rest of his armor. May be an old glitch. More feedback might give further insight.
7) Unbowed Fade Touched material doesn't generate guard. The rest may be proccing correctly. Need the original description to Unbowed, if anyone has it (wiki already updated to reflect the change to Livid.)
8) Enemy AI may become frozen, while in combat. Might be related to same bug that affects companions and PC, while in combat. Also, it may be the previous patch, that introduced this strange bugginess. Unsure, but well worth mentioning.
9) Upgraded Mark of Death may be only registering 8 seconds duration, instead of 12 seconds. However, the included link may show where the discrepancy is, but not the "why".
I will continue to add should others post their experiences. Thanks for reading.
