Hello!

I wondered if this staff is still in the game (just a lookalike):

I've seen Solas with it in the Skyhold cutscene, but I can't seem to find it in-game.

 

If it's obtainable, is it possible to modify it? Would really like to use it in my Nightmare playthrough.

You need to find all the Tyrdda landmarks in the Hinterlands and then a war table operation pops up. You can only add a rune to it, no blade or grip.
