...what's your plan on achieving this? The early game likes to hand you this first few levels so I think some planning will be required to make this happen.
Avoiding fights and exploration as much as possible seems a given. Rushing to Redcliffe to unlock the mage/Templar choice. I think it's going to be a challenge.
Thoughts?
So Skyhold by level 5...

Without some kind of XP modifier, I don't think it's possible. I'm usually at level 4 when I hit Val Royeaux, and I zoom there. It might be possible to requisition farm 15 power to do Champions of the Just, but between CoJ and In Your Heart Shall Burn, you're going to gain a level, without a doubt.

When you download Trespasser, in the Options menu there is a new menu called Trials. In this menu you can turn on and off all of the Trials mentioned in the new achievements.
It does say to keep multiple save files however, as from the sounds of it Trials can bug out your game.
The achievement for reaching Skyhold before Level 5 needs you to use the Take It Slow trial, which makes you gain XP at half the normal rate.
It doesnt require it persa, just makes it way easier
