Will we see a buff to Rage of the Avvar as well? Considering that Livid is a better version of his capstone power by quite a bit. The Duration of Livid is 5 seconds better and costs no stamina; the only the Rage of the Avvar has on it right now is the cooldown is 30 seconds instead of 32.

I certainly hope that the cooldown will be reduced to compensate. 30 seconds is too long for such a vital skill on NM. 24 seconds would be leagues better already.
