On a side note, am I the only one kinda appaled at how they are selling the ending? And how Corypheus was introduced in a dlc?

Mostly just that he was a better boss fight in that DLC than in Inquisition. xD

really annoying that loads of people have probably already played through this DLC and we can't even start the DL yet.

I only played vanilla DA2, so I didn't know about Corypheus in DAI. Came as a surprise he made his debut there when I heard about it, but I was fine with it, DAI made it feel like I didn't need to have played it, just that I would have gotten a bit more backstory. Also keep in mind knowing that DLC matters story wise is a huge incentive for players to buy it. That's why we're all here counting the minutes for it to drop. It's a delicate balance, which I think Bioware has struck nicely thus far.

Yeah, I just have a sour Javik/Leviathan taste in my mouth, both those dlc were, after all, vital to the story. While Dragon Age handle it better, I don't really know about delivering the true Inquisition ending in kit.

True, the devs did also mention that a solas wolf hunt was planned to be included after you beat corypheus but they ran out of time. DLC gives them the chance to add that content with less of a rush. My one gripe with the DLC, I'll admit, is the price. A lot of people complained that Descent was too expensive for it's price, me being one of them. It was nice little bit of content and extra dwarven lore hinted at through out the game, but it was just too short and lacking in content (and no broodmother fight, still mad about that one) to justify the price tag.

You are all counting down to 1pm EST but that doesn't mean that is when it is coming out.

It's not much different from having BG2's true ending in Throne of Bhaal.
Or NWN2's true ending in Mask of the Betrayer.
Or Origin's true ending in Witch Hunt (such as it is).

I wanna say the last few have been noon (central US.) I am so pumped for this, but also a little melancholy, as this officially ends the story for this game. However, I love that BioWare RPGs are so replayable, and I can't wait to see all the other choices on my subsequent playthroughs. I've already put my wife on notice that I am checked out tonight.

True, but I, in fact never said I liked these either. Anyway,
