Since when does age totally transform every partb of your face? It is really asking a lot to ask us to believe that guy is Teagan. Inconsequential maybe, but why bother to include him if you cant recreate him.

Don't know what happened in DA:I but the guy looks nothing like Teagan from DA:O. IMHO he looks like a brother of Gregory Dedrick, ex-mayor of Crestwood.
