So to be for example 200/200/200 I must spend about 720 hours

 

Think a little bigger.  720 hours is VERY optimistic.  My sig gives a little hint and I am still 129 166 208.

 

You'll get there if you invest the time.

 

Since I picked up the game I have played every day, whether it's 1 hour or 5 hours. (except for 3 days I was in Alton Towers of course, bloody wife wouldn't let me take PS4 )

How soon a person get promotions totally depends on your view of what difficulties you should play.  For me it takes me longer to progress in this game and in me3mp because I kept playing lower difficulties until I thought I was ready to be a good contribute on the next level of difficulty.  Boy I played a LOT of silver and bronze matches in ME3MP.

 

Oh as an aside, congratulations to QEII.  Beating out Queen Victoria is a pretty impressive record.  Two thumbs up to the queen and a royal wave as well.
