So... 

 

This is my first run through the forums, however I have been a HUGE fan of the ME series from the beginning, and lately I have been getting very into the game again, so much so I have begun to play through the trilogy again. I have played through all the current DLC, and the extended ending, and am still pretty dissatisfied and confused about the ending, especially with the whole Indoctrination Theory, which originally I bought on to and thought was a great ending, however watching several videos, then playing through the trilogy again, I have in my mind all but dis-proven the theory. 

 

I guess my question is does anyone have any information if there will be any more downloadable content, in the future or should we just suck it up and look forward to Andromeda.

Sorry, content for the "Shepard" trilogy ended with the Citadel DLC.  But welcome to the community and enjoy your trilogy run!  The ending may never quite feel right, but I will say from my own experience that the trilogy still holds up better than nearly any other series.

All that is left to look forward to is Andromeda.

 

IT is still good as a fan interpretation - or fan headcanon - but, as of now, it is pretty obvious how the writers and developers wanted the story to play out.

 

I suppose you could hold out for the IT reveal in ME:A though, I have a funny feeling some still are. Or, you could adopt other variants of IT. Like the Con theory.

 

Personally, I like the Dinosaur Theory.

personnaly i wld have liked the original writer ending whose name eludes me and whose ending was based on dark energy, but i forgot how .

Drew Karpyshyn But he also said the dark energy ending was only one out of a few ideas, so it could've played out differently as well from that if he had stayed.
