Is anyone else on 360 finding that when you fill this requisition at the table it immediately repeats without speaking to the guard and asking fo new report. Only been happening since last update.

I've had this problem on the PC version since forever. I can't clear it from my quest log and I hate it. Sometimes I can run off and avoid the officer so that I don't get a new request, but the old one never clears out of the quest log. The 'completion' trigger never seems to fire.

That requisition has never functioned right (I'm not sure if they fixed it in the most recent patch, but that wouldn't help the 360 anyway).
There's a similar requisition in the Emerald Graves (one that also takes ancient writings) that is also broken (after turning it in, the requisition officer will act like you already have an unfilled requisition, meaning you can never get another one in that area).
The only solution is to reload to a save from before you got the bugged requisition; otherwise, you won't be able to acquire any more in the Exalted Plains (not that you really need to).
