it seem there is a speed hack , else there is something im missing about the duelist , running , shooting , slashing double as fast as me.

Superb Belt of Urgency

The wearer of this belt gains a large boost to their attack speed when below 50% health. Also comes in blue and common forms.

 

 

 

Bloody Bargain (lvl 25 dagger)

Same damage range as savage thorn.

17% HOK

5% stagger on hit

Rampage: Every enemy you kill increases your movement and attack speed by 10%. Stacks up to five times.

There is an awesome new dagger called something like the Bloody Bargain that has a proc called "rampage" that gives a 10% attack and movement speed bonus for 30 seconds after a kill that can stack up to five times.

It can get pretty crazy with a saarabas and/or virt giving speed boosts. Especially on Izzy because she already gets a movement speed boost with illusive, hehe. It's really fun!

I got bloody bargain yesterday and can comfirm that it is indeed awesome and yes it does feel like a speed hack as I am using it.

The Swashbuckle upgrade can also increase attack speed. I use this with the Bloody Bargain to get about 100% extra attack speed.

Don´t have the dagger but the Superb Belt.

Put it on Isabela, removed all HoK. Started game, let the enemies hit me till i´m under 50% health then built up guard (savage thorn). Nice speed.

 

This method should be very easy to use for high promoted players

 

Sad the dagger has HoK

 

Edit: Red in another post the belt is not working. For me it did yesterday. Maybe I should test it again.

Bloody bargain is a beast of a dagger, I had assumed it was just movement speed until I swapped out silencer for it, now it will occupy a permanent spot in my off hand. With SS and Hakkon dagger in my main hand after a few kills you build guard almost as fast as she used to, and with decent crit chance and the skills which reduce cool down on crit you can get probably 3 hits in the time it used to take for 1, making cool down non existent

The archer with the Hakkon Bow and speed Belt + Serabas speed buff (ring and glyph) is a friggen 3 arrow laser turrent with auto attacks.

P.S. Reaver's Dragon rage with rampage and the above buffs can be pretty crazy...

A few things can upgrade her speed:

 

Having four elusive tokens would grant a 40% movement speed increase or 30% if she only invested in the speed boost passive and not the extra token. 

 

Using Swashbuckle along with its upgrade gives you a temporary attack speed boost (10 seconds).

 

Having A Virtuoso in the party using his first Lightning song would increase her movement speed, he also has a song that will increase attack speed as well. 

 

The new dagger grants stacks that improve her attack speed and movement speed by 10% per stack for 30 seconds, up to 5 stacks for 50%.

 

The new belt would increase it after she achieves lowered HP. 

 

The new class has a few neat things she can pass about.

The electricity glyph does not increase attack speed, only movement speed.

 

Whirlwind is amazing with all these speed buffs too.  I think I now know what that tornado sound is over Proto's mic.  It's an EF5 Katari outside his window!
