- Return of an elaborate skill tree (ME1 style)
- A proper inventory system
- More romance options than ever before - even with minor characters that could potentially become major characters through your romance
- Unforgiving consequences of your choices. Surprise me!
- No movable WASD-Spaceship on a Galaxy Map. Just give me the old fashion point-and-click.
- Humor while still keeping the franchise serious.
- More save game-compatibility across upcoming games
- Mass Effect 2 style ending in which choices made across the entire game affect the fate of characters or story outcome.
What I want to see in Andromeda or future ME games

So you want ME2 but with ME1's mechanics...
Not far from the truth - yes exactly.

I'd rather keep the ME3 style weapon-weight/cooldown system than "class based" weapons restrictions - I much prefer that freedom and balancing mechanic. Only realised how much I prefer it having played through ME1 and 2 again recently as a Sentinel.
I don't want to wander around carrying 5 suits of armour in a magic invisible backpack just because I happened to have picked them up on-mission. I prefer ME2's system of scanning upgrades/weapons/whatever for fabrication when you return to the ship; that just makes more sense to me in a SciFi setting.
As for other resources, since we're playing as a Pathfinder this time around I'd rather just scan/secure them and allow a salvage team to recover them after the fact.
So, very loosely, something more like ME3 with ME1 galaxy map navigation and (vastly) improved Mako exploration.

More renegade interrupts. A lot more. Or at least some very harsh dialogue

This too. I liked the occasional humor, but content like the Citadel DLC was way too over the top; it didn't feel like Mass Effect to me.

I thought that as well. As much as I liked the Citadel DLC, I wish some of the fanservice and jokes had been turned down a few notches. I think it would have been a better DLC and would mesh better with the rest of the game if both had been used more sparingly.
I'm not sure'd I'd like a full game that was similar to the Citadel DLC in tone.

I love to have Bounty Hunting side missions.
Also a mission or few that is in a space prison and you have to break out of it like Jack's recruiting mission. Maybe the first mission can start like that in a future game.
I like to be a cop like Garrus or a Pirate.
Also wouldn't mind a family in the game I didn't care much for Mr/Mrs Shepard but tbh hardly ever picked my Shepard having parents.
Maybe a Spy as well.
I want a huge living breathing city or maybe 2.

What was elaborate about ME1's skill trees? They were completely linear and consisted of way too many extremely minor upgrades.

I was about to say the same thing. More happens of ME2s 4 levels and ME3 6 levels in a power than happens in Me1s 12 levels. Singularity X meter radius, x duration, cooldown 60 seconds. Level 2-4 last 2 seconds longer, level 5 X meter radius+.5 meters cooldown 50 seconds etc. ME1 had more granularity but not more complexity.

Two words, limited multiplayer and no micro-transactions or shoehorned in money making schemes. And agree with most of what you said except romances and the ME1 skill system. Have few romances but make them really fleshed out so its not just two cutscenes, also structure skills so that they reflect the choice of the class that has been chosen. Oh and make a stealth class that relies close quarter combat

"No movable WASD-Spaceship on a Galaxy Map. Just give me the old fashion point-and-click"
not gonna happen
"More romance options than ever before - even with minor characters that could potentially become major characters through your romance"
To do that most characters have options of romance, decreases the history and chances for each of them, I still think they should be about 4 for each game so at the end of the trilogy would be 12 choices and different outcomes

What I would like to see is a relatively small thing. To have the Male and Female default faces of the Main character look similar in the terms of hair color, eye color, skin tone, and race. It always bugged me that the defaults of Shepard did not look similar at all, even though they were suppose to be relatively the same character. Genetically any way.
