I'm on XBOne. Is anyone else having this problem? Can't even start playing the dlc I just payed for....really frustrated right now.

I found these steps on reddit some time ago and they help me restore some content that appeared to be missing from the console. You should try these then restart console to see if they resolve your issue

Following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear>And then reboot console when prompted.

I just tried the above advice for someone who was having a similar problem with Descent and it didn't work.

Different stores have different update times. Origin will update 6 hours from now give or take.

I've done a hard reset twice and nothing has helped.

Unlock the mission, but don't begin it right away. Exit the war room and then come back. Fast travel using the map war room. That's what I had to do.

Just tried this and it didn't work. Anyone else come across any other potential fixes for this issue?

It worked just fine for me (Xbone).

I'm having the same problem, I've tried both of the fixes here and a hard reset and nothing.  i'm really loath to reinstall the dlc because it took me over an hour the first time, hoping there may be another way to fix it.

Ok, I got it working, I had to unlock it and then leave skyhold completely, go to another zone, and then go back and use the war table to fast travel.
