Pointing this king urisdae to where I could find quality hair and armor mods for PC? I'm looking for anything vaguely resembling dreadlocks, and custom armor mod.

I believe there is a section of the forum that deals with mods and things like that. I don't know where it is now after the forum underwent some work but I'm sure it's around here somewhere.
