Solas creating the veil wow. guess sandal was talking about him he shall in bring everyone to the way they were before, in everyone will see is this just to bring the other elven gods back as villains.

Hopefully they all turn on Solas. Can't imagine they'd be happy to see him after he had sealed them away for millennia.

Solas is broken by his massive guilt. He needs to be put down.

Oh man I hope you can drop Solas like a bad habit when the truth is revealed if you romanced him. My girl would be livid.

She'd probably try to stab him.

Makes you wonder what sort of BS he's selling those spies of his.

Does this mean we will be playing as the inquisitor again in the next game?

Lol, no way.

I guess probably more of an adviser type character to the PC. Most quizys won't be able to fight or adapt to a cross bow arm and even a mage might have issues with only one hand.

I think they already hated him. Mythal seem like the only one he liked in respected in possibly love .since he created the fade because they killed her showing he had deep feelings for her.

Awesome. I like to think that this would be a fitting yet somewhat ironic path for my Trevelyan to end up.

So does it say anything about how the stuff about the veil and the physical world being separated led to the blights or how they are related?

And he killed her lol.

Mythal did not die. An Elven girl in Orlais reports hearing voices & stuff. What happened is that Mythal gave up her power to Solas / Solas absorbed her power. For all we know Mythal could be a part of Morrigan now or be inside some random Elven woman.

"I was betrayed, as she was betrayed as the world was betrayed!"  That honestly doesn't sound like she's very happy with what Solas did to the world.

No, he just says "Nothing personal... Bas".

...he's been stealth-insulting you from day one?

That stings worse than anything related to Solas. :(

Also the Black City is for sure an ancient eleven city. Also the forbidden ones HAVE ties to the ancient elves.

I had three wishes for the DLC, and from what I have seen (respect for the character, her achivements, and her friendships), all were utterly dashed.

Spoiler

...Okay, I have a huge problem with your attitude towards companions. You know being friends with someone doesn't mean being slavishly devoted to them and sacrificing all other priorities, responsibilities, and interests. Of course Varric would return to Kirkwall. It's his home and he said as much at the end of Inquisition, he wants to help rebuild now that the world isn't in imminent danger of ending. Same with Dorian, he has a home to get back to and an oft stated ambition to change it for the better. Sera made no binding oaths, Viviene has her own ambitions, Bull has his Chargers to look out for, Cole is off being a spirit or exploring his humanity, and Blackwall, well, he's complicated. Why is it such a shocking thing that they would follow through on these things? They aren't defined purely by their relationship with the Inquisitor, that's what makes them three-dimensional characters.

Pursuing other goals isn't "abandonment" and it certainly isn't that they "don't care two sh*ts" about the Inquisitor. First off many of them still promise to help the Inquisitor as they can even upon leaving. Why does it bother you so much that these characters might have lives outside your Inquisitor's presence?

Yeah .Because elves disappear and join him...my Inqui is an elf , and Solas told him the same old "You're not my people ".

So current elves are bound to get killed unless he manage to get a few hidden somewhere , who knows.

Playing as a Dalish , it's really a bitter thing , because finally an elven god is back to save the elves (and Dalish think once they are true elves again their Gods will be back and save them)...but too bad you could be a shemlen or...a tranquil (thanks Solas for that one.)You have pointy ears but the mighty elves of old think you're brain dead and should be put down like the rest.

I wished my Lavellan could rally the elven people , surely some would see this is suicide and nothing good will come out of it.

I think my headcanon is going to be Lavellan uses the Red Jennies to gather elves and other left overs to fight Solas , or at least prank him...he's no better than any noble thinking he has right of life or death over everyone .

Just finished. This is what happened to me;

1. Leliana is divine. Several unsuccessful assassination attempts on her life. Men and women able to be initiated into the Chantry. She believe she is on the right path.

2. Varric goes back to Kirkwall and rebuilds it into a trading hub again with the help of Hawke. I let Hawke survive the fade. So we know they both survive.

3. I encouraged Cole to be more human and as a result he is dating the bard that plays in the Tavern in Skyhold. They go around helping and making people more happy.

4. Vivienne established a traditional "circle" in opposition to the College of Enchanters because I freed the mages and allied with them. She is their first enchanter. They co-exist but struggle for power against each other.

5. Blackwall shows true repentance by going around to other criminals to encourage them to turn their life around as I made Blackwall own up and become Rainier again; I didn't exile him or force him to be a Grey Warden.

6. Iron Bull goes around mopping up Venatori and Demons with the Chargers because I didn't ally with the Qunari. They are a peace-keeping force.

7. Dorian is an Ambassador and establishes a third faction who wishes to restore "rightouesness" so-to-speak to Tevinter. Showing the Imperium what they could be. This is a result of me doing his Fathers quest and encourages Him and being a friend as best as I could guess.

8. Sera forms a Red Jenny group that my Inquisitor runs around with and helps people. Sera is being Sera...but because I supported her...I get an epilogue scene with a Crossbow in the place of the missing arm.

9. Cassandra serves as a helper to Leliana for several years and remains true to her calling; no mention of the Seekers because I chose to let them go. She is my romance option and she smiles and is happy and we are together.

10. Cullen remains as commander of the Inquisitions peace-keeping forces as I chose to serve Divine Victoria. This means my Inquisition remains intact, but is no longer a military force but a peace-keeping organization. I also encouraged him to stop taking lyrium and He helps Templars with the addiction.

11. I helped Josephine with her personal quest and her family is now a major trading force in Orlais. There is a old pirate faction that hates her family, but she isn't worried.

Cant remember anything else, but thought to be this here for reference.

Gotta say watching a video of picking the anger option when disbanding the inquisition is the best in my opinion. You just lay the verbal smack down on the politicians next time I play I am going with that one.

One word: needy.

Dang, I thought the "-mancers" were clingy when it came to their preferred companions
