From what I hear there is not much in the way of new schematics in Trespasser but I have heard that there is at least one schematic for the armor Calpernia wears.

 

Can anyone that has played verify this along with any other info regarding the schematic (i.e. location it's acquired and armor rating and slot types)

 

This info will get me through the long work day ahead (hopefully).

I have found to date (completed it but maybe missed out some):

Calpernia Armor for every material with different stats - 3 schematics

Staff schematic with upgrade slots which gives the Virtuosos support buffs randomly when dealing damage to allies in 8 meters. (Heal on Hit, Attack Speed, Elemental Weapons)

Shield schematic with lot of attribute slots and a high aoe damage effect after every 5 shieldwall blocks.

Bow schematic without upgrade slots but explosive projectiles as passive effect.

 

Note that the weapons can also be crafted with a masterwork, so can get 2 effects.

 

Strange thing is that I possibly missed out so many weapon schematics. Normally I find mostly everything in games. Or they left the rest out for whatever reasons.

Hell yes, but sadly DLC is badly bugged on the PC. Will need to wait for a patch to fix it.

I still haven't played the DLC, but this has me excited :)

I'm really excited because of that Semi New Game+

Will look at it after I'm done or bored with The Witcher 3.... so maybe never since they have a real NG+ (JK)

Well im currently holding off playing w3 till the first expansion hits, then i can start a brand new playthrough.

You know its kinda funny I was thinking about this very thing, and granted I do not know/ remember all the details for the Witcher 3 NG +, but I think I like the way DA I does it.  To me there seemed to be WAY too many restrictions and you had to start over on way too many things.  Sure the skills are nice but whats the point really?  This way you can have the look for the Inquisition at the beginning of the game.

As I said the Calpernia armor has all three versions. Heavy one has the highest armor rating ingame.

 

And there is one new masterwork material and this is possibly the most awesome ever included.

Yes. It evolves during the DLC and needs focus. The last stage is completely bollocks and a reason the old consoles couldn't handle this DLC. 95k crit on a elite mob.

Yikes. I guess if its only available in the last DLC it being OP'd to the max is acceptable.

You can't play after the DLC, so yes, restricted to the DLC. It does an insane amount of damage at the last stage and a full T3 focus bar, but it can kill your team as well. Everyone receives the damage, your Inqui too.

One thing everything is miss, you cannot use these schematics, weapons, rings or anything cause this dlc is the end, you have to go before you start the dlc to do anything again, well thats what's happened to me cause i disbanded the inquistion, If you dont disband it can you keep playing?

No, but you can use the Golden Nug to save these new schematics into the cloud. That way you can use them on new characters .

Ayy I found the encore schematics. 

 

It's the "% chance to sing an offensive buff for allies within 8 meters"

 

You find it if you turn immediately left out of the first eluvian. There will be a skeleton with a halla  (HOLLA) statue, which will send you on a scavenger quest around the palace for them. After finding them all, they send you to a top hat. Clicking on the top hat will give you the encore schematic.

It comes with an open blade and grip slot, so it's actually quite good. I think it beats out the Staff of Corruption for highest possible attack % for a staff.

 

Necromancers, you might want this.

I think its Zimmer's buffs, so more damage, shields, or more movement speed.

 

Also, has anyone else found other schematics apart from the staff and Calpernia's armor?

Theres also a new slot like a rune for armors called sigil, only thing i found so far for it is -50% attack/+200% flanking damage.
