So, I took along the bull for the ride despite the fact that he's as flimsy as a wet tissue for dialogue reasons. Then I went straight into the castle being an elven archer along with Rainier, Viv and Bull and then bang! That damned bastard betrayed me in the worst possible fashion. I had to end the whole matter with just Rainier and Viv which is not the greatest team ever.
Now, my question is, does he always betray you? Him turning into tal vashot or romancing him changes anything? He was a weak dude, had some terrible qun ideas and was ugly as hell, but at least he was funny. I refuse to believe that he always betrays you.
In any case, because of their cruelty to majestic animals, their white glove slavery and hipocrisy, I sure hope every qunari gets butchered along with that traitor... I drank with him, that is the deepest bond among people.
